For just $40 a month, we ensure Rwandan children attend school, eat a hot school lunch, receive medical care, and learn about Jesus through our discipleship ministry. We achieve this through the generosity of others – by becoming child sponsors and ministry partners. We also engage the parents and familes of our sponsored children through our other programs you can read under the Programs tab.
You can create a special bond with your sponsored child and make an emotional impact on their life. And we hope you do! You will receive three letters and an updated photo of your sponsored child each year, mailed to you. You also have the ability to write letters to your sponsored child and, of course, to visit them through one of SEKA’s vision trips.
You can assist a Rwandan child in desperate need who simply cannot afford to go to school. In addition, many children risk being pulled from school if they cannot pay school fees for the following term. Help ensure that these children receive an education.
Health Insurance and dental coverage are offered at nearby clinics, as well as access to mental health services (group and one-on-one counseling sessions)
Sponsorship pays teachers, provides Bible materials, and a meal at the club for primary students
Your gifts provide school fees, shoes, uniforms, and scholastic materials also periodic skills training for students and/or parents, as well as home visits and check-ins by sponsorship coordinators.
